Receiving, Exchange, and Return Policies
سياسة الاستلام والاستبدال والاسترجاع
الاستلام:
رفض الاستلام:
- ١/ يحق للعميل رفض الاستلام وعدم تحمل أي تكلفة للشحن في حالة مخالفة المنتج لطلبه المثبت على موقع الالكتروني من (لون- خامة - مقاس) او وجود بالمنتج عيوب صناعة.
- ٢/ في حالة رفض العميل استلام المنتج لاسباب تخصه فعليه بدفع قيمة الشحن كاملة.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
لوائح الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
يحق للعميل استبدال او استرجاع المنتج في خلال ١٤ يوم من تاريخ استلام الشحنة على ان يكون المنتج بحالته الاصلية وخالي من العيوب.
وفقًا لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد المنتجات في الحالات التالية:
- المنتجات التي تعرضت للكي أو الغسيل، وأيضاً المنتجات التي تعرضت للتلف ولم تكن بحالتها الاصلية.
- المنتجات التي تم إزالة بطاقة السعر أو العلامة التجارية منها.
- الملابس الداخلية، ملابس البحر، الكاب، الاسكارف، الساعات، الإكسسوار، المحافظ، العطور والجوارب.
(لن يتم قبول المرتجعات التي تخطت الـ 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الشحنة)
كيفية الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
١/ عبر مندوب التوصيل:
- يقوم العميل بطلب (خدمة الاستبدال والاسترجاع من خلال مندوب التوصيل) وذلك عبر تقديمه طلب استرجاع او استبدال عبر الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بنا.
شروط واحكام الاستبدال والاسترجاع عبر مندوب التوصيل:
- يتحمل العميل قيمة الشحن كاملة في حالة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
- تتحمل شركة m’store مصاريف الشحن في حالة وجود عيوب صناعة بالمنتج او اختلاف المنتج عن طلب العميل المثبت في الموقع الالكتروني.
- يتم استرداد ثمن المنتج في خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ استلامنا المنتج من شركة الشحن والتأكد من انه بحالته الاصلية وقابل للاسترداد والاسترجاع (راجع لوائح الاستبدال والاسترجاع).
- يتم استرداد ثمن المنتج (دون خدمة الشحن) عبر التحويل البنكي او التحويل عبر المحفظة الالكترونية طبقا لاختيار العميل.
- يجق لشركة m’store رد المنتج المراد استبداله او استرجاعه للعميل مرة أخرى وعدم تحملها أي تكلفة شحن في حالة مخالفة المنتج للوائح الاستبدال والاسترجاع المبينة في الموقع الالكتروني.
٢/ عبر أحد فروع m’store:
- يحق للعميل استبدال او استرجاع المنتج فورا ورد قيمة المنتج (دون مصاريف الشحن) من أحد فروع مستور في حالة تطابق المنتج مع لوائح الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

Receiving, Exchange, and Return Policies
Receiving:
Refusal to receive:
- 1/ Customers have the right to refuse the order without incurring shipping fees if the product is contrary to their order on the website in terms of (color, quality, size) or has manufacturing defects.
- 2/ If customers refuse the product for personal reasons, they must pay the full shipping cost.
Exchange and Return:
Exchange and Return Regulations:
Customers have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product is in its original condition and free of defects.
According to our policy, products cannot be refunded or exchanged in the following cases:
- Products that have been ironed, washed, or damaged and are not in their original state.
- Products with removed price tags or brand labels.
- Underwear, swimwear, caps, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and gloves.
(Products exceeding 14 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded or exchanged.)
How to Exchange or Return:
1/ Via Shipping Courier:
- Customers can request an exchange or return service through the courier by submitting a return or exchange request on our website.
Terms and Conditions for Courier Exchange and Return:
- Customers must bear the full shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
- M’store will cover the shipping cost if there are manufacturing defects or discrepancies with the customer's order.
- The product cost will be refunded within 7 days of receipt and confirmation of the product’s condition.
- Refunds exclude shipping fees and are made via bank transfer or electronic wallet as per the customer’s choice.
- M’store reserves the right to return a product to the customer if it violates the replacement and return regulations.
2/ Through M’store Branches:
- Customers can exchange or return products immediately at any branch and receive a refund (excluding shipping fees), provided the product complies with the regulations.
